Hello everyone,
I’m having an issue with Thames Water. We live in a terraced maisonette in London that used to be a single building, and we don’t have a water meter. Thames Water have told us that they are currently unable to provide us with any kind of meter.
It feels really unfair to be charged higher rates for something we literally cannot get. Has anyone else been in this situation, or does anyone know if there’s an ombudsman or any legal way to challenge this?
Any advice or shared experiences would be hugely appreciated!
