ordered from them for the first time about a week and a half ago and i dint have the best experience first the dint email the tracking number and had to contact support for it then they send me the wrong item and had to talk to support to get the tracking on that too and then the package got delayed due to postage assessment waiting for payment and when i talked to support they told me that i have to call tmwr to resolve the issue and then when i said give me a refund I’ve had enough they said i had to call again tmwr and then closed the chat on me has anyone ever had a bad experience like this whith them? And if so how did you resolve it
