Was waiting at roadworks and a bus came the other way and fully sideswiped my van and drove off. Other cars stopped and gave their information to be a witness but there was a bus lay-by 20m down the road and he didn't pull in. There's no way he couldn't have known about it. I also have cctv of him and he clearly stops as he hits the van then decides to keep going causing even more damage. The bus was en route, number 35 in Hertfordshire but I can't find the company.
Edit: I have now reported it online to 101, thabks for the advice. I don't know my insurers as it's a work van but the fleet team are aware.
My main concern is making sure the guys employers are awarebut i can'tfind them, he could have injured someone and drove away and I want them to know about it.
