My vitamin D and b12 were both tested at the beginning of the year around March time.

My b12 was 192 and I was put on injections every 12 weeks. These have helped immensely.

My vitamin D came back at 16 and I was supposed to do a loading dose of 20,000IU 2x a week but I freaked out and didn’t end up taking any.

I did actively try to get more sunlight in the summer (usually I really avoid it) and I’m hoping this has helped somewhat.

However, now I feel ready to start taking a supplement now winter is rolling around.

I don’t really want to do the loading dose because I’m really scared about how it’s going to affect me. I’ve seen a lot of horror stories about how it makes anxiety so much worse.

So I’m thinking of just starting at 1,000IU a day, using a spray form of D3.

Does anyone get side effects taking this? Any positive stories?
