i’ve just changed my address, got my new provisional and it says to cut up my old license and send it back. i mean i’ve heard about getting a fine if i don’t but do they really do that?, i currently have 3 one i thought i lost, so i bought another and my new updated one, i’m debating on keeping all three but if people really get fined then i’ll send one back.
