First time home owner here and I know nothing.
1960s top floor flat in a small block with a flat roof and concrete flooring.
It's been vacant for a while and currently has 2 old storage heaters that may or may not work.
What's the best option to replace them with? My electric says an oil filled radiator, but the one he showed me looks like those ones we all had in schools years ago where all you smell is hot dust.
I've also seen infrared panels and ceramic filled radiators.
Basically, I have no idea. I want ideally cheap to run, but without costing a fortune to buy.
Any advice is appreciated, even more so if possible to provide links/suggestions
