Hi, my girlfriend 26f and I 26m have been together about a year. Everything in the relationship is perfect, she does a lot of non sexual things for me that show me she loves and cares about me. The only problem is, she never initiates intimacy. I’ve talked to her about this and explained her initiating is how I feel wanted and connected with her. She said she would try and initiate more. We usually have sex every other day but only if I initiate. A week or 2 goes by and she’s only initiated once or twice. We had another discussion about this, she said she would try to initiate more. I told her I feel that if I didn’t initiate then we wouldn’t have sex for weeks. She insisted this isn’t true. When she communicates her needs to me, I try my best to meet them. I don’t know what to do, I feel like we’re not sexually compatible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
