I (24f) have noticed that about once a month for a few days my labia and the entrance to my vagina itches tremendously and I am not sure why. I’m not sure if it’s hormonal fluctuations or what. Important to note that I have a high histamine reaction to things so it’s not totally uncommon for me to have random itching, hives, extreme swelling to bug bites, etc. but this one is so routine it feels very odd. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this.
I shower daily, only use dove soap and water to clean the vulva, obviously never use soap in the vaginal canal, no STIs, no yeast infection.
