If we agree that to achieve unity, you need to contribute to your community, why haven’t you done anything to prioritize the collective community over just yourself? Why are you choosing to be a consumer of empty possessions to fill the void that community could fill? What about buying that watch or new gadget made you feel more connected and fulfilled to your people?
