Recently I've noticed our Royal Mail postman i'snt around as much, some days (like today), a guy in a royal mail hi vis but normal clothes gets out of a plain white van and does the post delivery. Other days its just a guy in normal clothes (no hi-vis) and the Royal Mail bag.
Is that normal? I live in a reasonably sized town, so its not like we're in the middle of nowhere.
