Felt/feels very very weird. We've had every convo under the sun about this the last 4 yrs or so (initiated by me of course) to no avail. I just got so used to not having it (3 times in the last 2 months, I think…and of course a higher number of rejections in the same time frame) & my SO not seeming to care, that I just can't be bothered… At least that's how I felt this morning.
They said… Wanna get it on? and I just said no thanks and continued folding the laundry and watching YouTube. (They initiate like maybe 4 times a year… So it's a BIG deal whenever it happens, so crazy to say no)
They did give like a wow look, like really that's weird… but that's about it and went on with their business. So I'm thinking it was just another pity sex or mark it off the checklist early in the month and get it out of the way type thing .
I'm sure they couldn't care less and won't even think twice about it. The relationship is pretty great other than that, but I got married to be closer than roommates would be, but that's all I've been getting for a while and especially the last 2 months. Kissing goodbye or goodnight (sometimes) and having a few intimate moments a month isn't enough and they just don't seem to get it or care for some reason.
