I’m in my early 30s and morbidly obese. I used to be in decent shape but life happened and I’m here now. I’m taking a low and slow approach and trying to lose weight as gradually as possible, both to help chances with loose skin and build a foundation of a healthy lifestyle moving forward. That said, I’m also on a very tight budget. What’s the best diet for this goal, combining health, nutrition, and budget?
