I’m trying to lock in on my habits, have started a new office job that’s forcing me to prioritise sleep and energy levels. I’ve been getting facials, skincare. I have mild sleep apnea and trying out a CPAP machine. Basically tackling things from multiple angles for appearance and health/quality of life reasons.
The biggest issue is being overweight/chubby which I’m also working on and maybe the biggest culprit of this. But it’s like whatever I try, it just doesn’t make me look any more refreshed and good. I always look a bit puffy, bloated, sleepy, dishevelled and never fresh. I look like I’ve rolled out of bed even after showering and doing my routine.
Have any of you experienced similar and found a way to improve? I feel like others my age (early 30s) look more refreshed and healthy.
