Basically the title. I have an active social life and interact with a lot of women of all ages. Something I've noticed is that women older than me (40s and up) are drawn to me, whereas women my age or younger aren't. I'm not trying to humblebrag; I'm genuinely baffled, and if I'm being honest, kinda frustrated. I'm not interested in dating older women, but they're the only ones who seem open to it. The women I am interested in dating aren't rude or anything, there just seems to be this invisible wall they put up that says "I'm not interested in dating". I've been told repeatedly that I'm not creepy, repulsive, rude, or anything that might be a disqualifier, so what's the deal?

  3. I think that’s just one of the joys of reaching your 30s. I’m 33f and I can only attract young men. Men my age or older want nothing to do with me.

  6. Because the older you are, the lower your standards. Young girl can have any guy so they are picky, while older ones have lower standards since they’re not as young.

  8. IDK surely it’s just an intangible vibe thing. I have the same thing in reverse – ever since my late 20s, only guys a few years younger than me are really interested. No explanation.

  9. Bro youre blessed and you dont even know it. Older women are the best. They know their shit, usually have their life together. Less drama, either already have kids or dont want anymore.

  10. Do you look older than your age? No offence, but many men are balding or getting more grey hairs in their early 30s.

    I’ve noticed a lot of men are actually younger than I would initially guess, so maybe the younger women think your too old for them and the older women think you’re the same age.

  11. Younger women might be looking for a husband or someone to have a child with, so they will want you to be a lot of things that maybe you aren’t able to or willing to provide. Whereas older women might not want those same things and dating for only shits and giggles.

  12. I’m 32M and tend to attract older women as well. My last relationship was with a 38 year old woman. Nothing wrong with it. I do want a family one day though.

  13. This was my situation in life and online dating for a long time, except it was with single women with a kid. They flocked to me online, but single, childless women, found no interest.
