I feel that so many of these dating tales are speaking of disillusionment, failure or self-pitying anecdotes. The fact is there are a lot of positive scenarios and outcomes too, so please people – share them here!
To get the ball rolling: two of my close friends are now married to someone they met on a dating app. Three are living with the SO they met that way, and many others have had enjoyable dates and encounters – both via tech means and IRL.
I met one ex (no bad blood at all) via app, had some great fun dates that way too, and the rest of my exes and current SO naturally in real life (spoiler: it can happen.)
