This always felt like such odd advice because the perspective just wasn't really there, for a long time more or less all my attempts at a relationship felt like pulling teeth or a short interested phase before getting ghosted.
But I recently met this girl who just noticeably puts in the effort and genuinely it feels so easy to talk to her. Since the day we matched we've texted multiple hours, have met for a date and almost immediately started planning a 2nd. Our personalities and interests mesh so well and all of the second guessing I had concerns about in the past just seem so unfounded since its so easy to understand what she wants.
