What do you do with all your pawpaws (for people living in the relevant regions)?

My mom lives in Massachusetts and has grown four pawpaw trees and they have grown so many pawpaws. I'm not sure what to do with them all because I'm not very experienced with the fruit. Maybe an ice cream
