I'm 15 , and recently i started doing everything to overcome my social anxiety, started gym 2 weeks ago started studying maths and a good diet and everything i could, but I still have that social anxiety, I can't go out alone my works are undone and even I can't go out with my closed ones, it's really getting worse, what can I do?and my biggest insecurity is my Walking littleraly i walk like a creep! (There are many peoples in this community so i decided to post here) Pls help me!!.
