2-3 times per week, weight training. If I’m going 2 days I have an upper body and lower body circuit. If I’m going 3 days I’m splitting upper body in Back/Biceps and Chest/Shoulders/Triceps. All the days I’m ending with some ab excerices.
Back and shoulders are my favourite.
I do group strength and conditioning classes. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are strength days. Think, deadlifts, barbell, hip thrusts, back squats etc. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are conditioning classes. Think, erg cals, running, exercises designed to enhance aerobic endurance.
I train at 6am 4-5 times per week and love it. The strength days remain consistent with particular workouts (Monday is back squats, Wednesday is deadlifts and Friday is hip thrusts) but the conditioning days change each time I’m there depending on the training cycle we’re in. Metcon and hybrid week are my least favourite as they both equal running 😅
I love my treadmill, and my kick boxing classes!
They’re literally holding me up, as I try to fix the ropes of my life!
HIIT. CrossFit. Tabata.
Leg press. And whatever the hell that bit of equipment is that you just hang on and your legs dangle and then you lift them up. I like to launch myself off that afterwards because it’s fun and I’m a moron.
Heavy lifting in general, my favourite is definitely chest and shoulders but i do enjoy a fun zumba class and running on the treadmill
2-3 times per week weight training, pilates, TRX, zumba
Hit classes! Love them
Weight lifting 2-6 times a week, depending on how I feel and my schedule.
I love leg curls, leg press, and tricep extensions!
I realized early on I hate doing cardio, so I only do weight training in the gym.
I meet my cardio needs elsewhere, like walking, biking, rock climbing, and other “hobby” activities that hide that they’re really cardio.
I go to the gym 2-4 times a week.
Legs i love working out my legs. And swimming.
5-7x per week. I do reformer pilates 3x and weight training the rest. I like leg day the best.

Twice a week a mixture of resistance and heavy weight training and once a week cardio like inline skating or biking.
My favorite exercise are romanian dead lifts and push ups on the bose ball.
I go 5 days a week. I do mostly weight training and my favorite is a tie between leg day and arm day honestly. I love both those days!

I go to the gym twice a week only for my glutes, i get my cardio doing 10k steps daily and pilates daily or every ither day

I’ve been doing crossfit for 4 years and it honestly saved my life, my self esteem and my mental health. It still does to this day.
Barre
Weight
And running (outdoors, especially when I’m in a beautiful nature place, but anywhere)
I go to the gym 2-3 times a week. I usually do full body workouts but I might focus on upper or lower body from time to time depending on what machines are occupied at the time.
I love lat pull downs for some reasons so I almost always do those. I also try to always do bench presses (on a machine) because I‘m very weak there and try to gain muscle in my shoulders and chest.
I mostly avoid machines that work a specific muscle instead of compound movements (like bicep curls). Oh and I hate deadlifts so I never do those even though I know it’s a good compound exercise 🥲
I do F45 (HIIT) 6 times a week and love it!
Weightlifting, for sure. Especially deadlift.
Cardio, 3 times per week. In addition, I’ve been into Pilates for the past ten years.

CrossFit & HIIT, 6 days per week + Horse Riding + Netball. Mid 40’s & exercise as much ad I can fit it in.
And you know what? As you age, it doesn’t matter what exercise you do, as long as you are doing it. Choose something YOU enjoy & you will do to over & over again. Just because I enjoy weight training & cardio, I totally understand you don’t & that you prefer to do Yoga.

I love cardio. The elliptical is so easy on your back and knees. I am also not elderly! Lol it’s the runners high for me. Now that I am eating more calories and going through some medical stuff, I will really focus on lifting and attending some classes that are mixed!
Hot Pilates!
Legs and glutes. And for the past month, I’ve been slightly injured in my arms from gymnastics so Im doing targeted physio which has honestly just been upper body workouts with increasing weights lol.
weight training and Muay Thai. MT is my favourite but I had to move gyms due to distance and the MT here isn’t good so I focus mostly on weights. I go every day.
