I know a lot of guys say a girl likes them when she really doesn’t. So let me tell you how I know. We exchanged lots of eye contact, sometimes holding it for close to 10 seconds with no pause. We both checked each other out frequently. We aren’t close at all and talk very rarely. Maybe once every other month since we are in different departments. Lastly, I decided pulling away was best because I figured I had no chance with her being taken already and now she is noticeably upset towards me and tries to avoid me any chance she gets. I really like this girl and I know she really likes me. I think she might be unhappy in her current relationship and might be looking for a replacement. What can I say to her or do to tell her that I respect her relationship but I still like her. I don’t want to get fired ya know
