For those who have dealt with these two demons how do you do it? I’m fat(33% body fat) because I’m ashamed to go to the gym and I can’t sleep properly with this much weight. As I can’t sleep properly I’m far too tired during the day to go to the gym. It’s a vicious cycle. I drink because I’m lonely and my childhood was full of abuse so it helps me sleep easier, makes my anxiety easier to cope with. That again adds to the never ending cycle of doom. For those who have escaped it how?
