I use tinder, whenever I see an attractive girl I don’t exactly know how to text her in a way that won’t get me ignored. I had a friend that would charm many beautiful women online without even showing his face. He never told me what the “secret” was because he simply named it “advanced flirting” and that it takes time, but he only said that one of the secrets is to turn them on, how would you do that over text?

This sounds like a terrible approach.
Don’t use a canned line. Look for something that stands out to you on the profile whether its something you have in common, or something that you admire.
