I started a new job a few months ago and I’m having a really hard time chatting with other people, i tried to keep up with them but it always gets awkward because I have nothing to say and just laughed it off at first I didn’t think much of it because I was the same at my old job and they just got used to me and the culture was different we only focused on work with minimal chatting However in this job they have all of these “get to know each other” gatherings and all of the meeting have these long conversations about what you did this week, and my boss keeps pushing me to talk more and work on my social skills. I really enjoy this job but I don’t think I can get used to this type of culture to the point we’re I thought about looking for another job but again im afraid that it will be the same
