I have anxiety that I have come a very long way in getting a handle on. However when certain experiences occur, especially ones that I am personally invested in, it rears it's ugly head and takes over.
Anyone with similar experiences, what tools or mindset shifts did you adopt that helped you keep on keeping, particularly in the moment of ramping anxiety. Just trying to keep the growth train going.
Currently utilizing the following:
- Positive self talk
- Therapy
- Weight lifting and cardio
- (Mostly) eating healthy
- Spending time with friends/family
