edit : the anxiety is not conscious but i can feel my heart pounding throughout and it seeps through in the way i speak and the interviewers can tell ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ nottt liking these solutions, I'm looking for more practical hacks that could also give me a sense of psychological security beforee the interview , e,g i saw someone write drink more water cus dehydration makes anxiety worse under another thread .
