Hi everyone! I have about a month of free time and I’d love to use it to improve my communication skills. I’m not sure where to start. Do you recommend any free resources, courses, or daily practices that could help?

I don’t know exactly what you’re looking for but I have an article I wrote that’s specific to body language:
What kind of communication? Social or professional?
If social, get out more. Call up friends or family plan to do things or even just talk on the phone with them for a little while.
If professional, Toastmasters is pretty good, they’re usually on zoom as well so you can do it online or in person if there’s one near you. You. If you need it for work, try asking or keep your eyes open for opportunities in order to practice your communication skills.
I did Toastmasters for a little bit, it’s pretty comprehensive and pretty cool actually for personal and professional. There is a little bit of a fee to get and it’s not too bad but the memberships usually for like a year or you can attend for free but you just won’t have access to the training platform.
