Hi guys, how are you? So, since 1 month ago, I (22m) decided to begin going to the gym to become more healthier. When I'm doing the exercises I have an urge to poop, sometimes I have some farts, and I need to run to the toilet. Btw, I always was more constipated, my normal is pooping twice a week, but since I started the gym, I need to poop there. It is normal? What about you?
