Before I begin, let me just say that yes I have scheduled an appointment with my physician. I ask the question here just to see other others experiences. Over the last several years I've noticed my right testicle is riding higher and higher in my ball sack. As of late whenever I have sex and get an erection, it pulls up really really high almost to the point where it hurts if I press into my wife too deeply. When I have an orgasm, it pulls completely up inside me and occasionally is painful. It does descend on its own, or I can push it back very easily. I'm wondering if anyone has had this happen to them as they get older? I'm in my late 50s and have noticed the change over the course of a few years. As I said, I will be bringing it up to my physician and I'll let you know what she says.
