Just curious, hitting a heat wave so was sitting in my car blasting the AC while I was reading an ebook.

  2. Never happen I have gotten better my average is six hours even after working two jobs. If I don’t work at least 12 hours I won’t sleep very well.

    The part time job was the best idea. I get six that’s a lifetime for me.

  3. Check with your doc to see if you have sleep apnea. Undiagnosed patients sometimes fall asleep at traffic lights and other odd spots

  4. This happens to me sometimes. I’m a HARDCORE night owl and I work a 9am-5pm job. It’s pretty common for me to come home from work and nap… sometimes those naps turn into 8 hours 😬

    If you’re feeling fresh when you wake up, that’s the most important thing. I try to ignore whatever the time is, I’ll just nap/sleep when my body is tired.
