what makes you think “wow, they’re so in love,” when you see a couple together?

  1. The way they look at each other when the other person is speaking, and how they respond to things like little jokes the other one makes. Also how physically close they are, sitting or walking or whatever. And when you can tell it’s comfortable and easy between them, rather than over-the-top flirting and laughter that might be slightly artificial, like when a couple first gets together.

  2. lol a person with ASD like me might never look ‘in love’ if it’s all in the eyes.
But if you ask me, the way I know I’m so in love is because I can only be limitless amount of time next to him, because I feel safe only with him. And yeah if you see us out at the grocery store or in a hike it just might look like we’re friends or coworkers.

  3. Beyond the infatuation and honey-moon phase (where they’re playing easy-mode and everything is ecstasy when looking at each other) I can tell because of the team they make on the long run. How they complement each other, even when they’re annoyed with each other you know they’re still understanding and would never leave.

  4. I went to a work Christmas party with my husband and we were joking about the best way to make a bad impression so I said “We should start making out” and he agreed. So I leaned in but just gave him a peck on the lips and while our noses were still almost touching he called me a coward and we both started giggling.
His coworker came up and kept talking about how obviously in love we were

so I’m going to say the old Kiss and Giggle.
