Some people settle into lawncare, some into handyman work, some into carpentry, others into house painting, and thats just for manual labor. I've yet to meet a person over 30 that doesn't have their, and this is the best term I can think of, retirement work. It's almost comical. And don't even get me started on the tool loyalty, oddly that only applies to some people because my grandpa has all 4 of the main ones lol. But could someone explain why?

EDIT: Yeah I mean hobbies, and saying settle and all of that was complicated, more than it had to be, basically I'm wondering why MOST people choose one hobby, learn everything about that one hobby, and then never really do anything else. Like I mentioned, some people go all in into handyman work and never learn anything about lawncare.

2nd EDIT: I mean why don't people explore other hobbies and work related to their main area of expertise. Why doesn't a handyman explore lawncare is my main example. In short, it was a really good question in my head, but when I actually put it out there it's not really that clear…
