How many of the staff that customers can see in nationality known shops are likely to be part time/temps/on zero hour contacts?

Also, if people are forced to work under such conditions (because perhaps for some, it could be preferable), which nationally known super market is the worst for forcing its employees to exist under such Dickensian circumstances?
