  1. Weightlifting

    Tennis

And getting bloodwork done to check on my overall health, discovering and addressing issues through doctor-prescribed supplementation

  2. Running – An incredible release for me. Cried every road race I did because I was just happy to be there. I have my third half marathon in two weeks and hoping to PR

Boxing – Did a charity match as a beginner. I was working out 11+ hours a week at the time and was RIPPED. Felt so empowering as a woman. I got a concussion and stepped away from it (gym price is high too), but I didn’t realize your muscle mass does stay if you are active, and that kicked off me really getting into GOOD shape

Yoga – Holding poses has been a great strength training exercise for me and a great way to decompress

  3. Prioritized time for sleep

Low cholesterol diet with far less red meat

    Regular physical exercise

  4. 1. A really good mattress—my sleep and back pain improved instantly
