What products are Americans missing out on due to having 110V mains electricity instead of 220V?

Either products simply not available in the United States or having a less capable version.

Edit: this also includes items not sold in the US despite it being able to have 240V service in the US if you specifically install it as opposed to only having it for clothes dryer/oven/range.
