I had one college boyfriend give me like 3 kitten licks and then expect a gold star and a blowjob, and my (teenage) conclusion at the time was "wow I guess I don't like being eaten out." Then I moved after college and lost most of my friend group, and then covid hit and.. basically I haven't dated much in the last like 7 years.

Now I'm trying to get back out there and date, but I'm woefully inexperienced, and I've realized that one thing I really do want to experience is receiving oral. Like from someone that wants to give it. Except that:

  1. Maybe I'm tainted by pop culture, but a guy that enthusiastically offers oral seems kind of rare, and
  2. I'm extremely self-conscious about someone snooping around in my nether regions, which I know is like- the name of the game. I mean am I supposed to totally shave? Or wax?? I generally just keep trim (razor bumps and ingrown hairs on MY hooha?? I think not!!) but maybe that's unappealing.

So my questions for you all are:

  • Gentlemen: What are your thoughts on oral? Do you have a love tunnel grooming preference? Is it important?
  • Ladies: How do you groom? Does it seem to matter? And how often do you come across a guy that actually wants to do this for you?
