Just saw a picture of me at a social event nd holy shit, shoulders high, legs together, etc. How do I focus on that and get a better (both for fotos and to not look like a recluse) posture?

The Essentrics posture workout series! It is hands down the best. Instead of just yelling “shoulders back,” it works through rebalancing tight and weak muscles, so standing straighter feels natural -not forced. You lengthen through you spine, open up your chest, and it releases that tension that makes your shoulders creep up. After a couple sessions you start noticing it even when you’re not thinking about it.
