Have they forgotten to put someones bin down?

  2. Maybe. Although unikey, as they have cameras pointing at the loading area that the driver can see all the time.
    Sometimes they just carry one around.
    I’ve seen it here often.

  3. If in residential rounds they’ll usually take between 2-4 bins out with them depending on what they’re collecting so that they empty each bin into one big bin and tip them into the truck rather than doing one by one as it’s quicker

  4. Food waste lorry maybe, the guy walks along emptying little ones into it before emptying it

  5. We have this round mine.

    The bin wagon is split in two, the recycling bin goes in one side and they empty the glass recycling box into the attached bin to get it into the other side.

  6. They genuinely call it a ‘slave bin’. It’s to put other things that don’t come in wheelie bins into, such as food waste or recycling which is presented in containers or sacks.
