Im 31 , still unmarried. single and not a social person. Depression has become a everyday thing. Sometimes i just sit with my head down. i dont want to be this but im not sure what to do. Its better during my office days. Its only bad when im at home.
I dont get any phone calls, no one calls and checks in other than close family (My mother),
i feel weak because i stopped visiting Gym for the past 2 years.
It takes time for me to recover from a simple rejection. (i hate myself)
If you were in my situation but doing well now, what are things you did to keep you motivated ? things that made you feel better and be hopefull for the future.
