I'm a male in my early thirties and not feeling sexually motivated or even aroused around my girlfriend who I love and am attracted to. I've read depression can cause this but wanted to ask if any guys here have experienced/are experiencing anything similar when it comes to arousal or disinterest in sex. I'm not sure what's going on as I've dealt with this for a few years now. When we first started dating, it suddenly wasnt an issue. Unfortunately, I'm now experiencing it again.
For those of you in the same boat or have been, what things (if any) has a woman done to turn you on during these funks? Anything related to appearance, behaviors, etc. that have helped turn you on during these periods where you struggle to get aroused? Thanks in advance.
