Shitpost here. Apologizing ahead for all my whining. I competed in D1 sports a lifetime ago. I’ve been playing a variety of sports in leagues and with friends ever since and I don’t want to give it up. I know I should let go, but I tried many times and I have had no luck. I want to play so badly. I’ve mainly played tennis since college and it’s probably my best sport right now. I also routinely play baseball (not softball), flag football, hoops, billiards, and cycling. Rather than being pretty good at all these, I want to focus on one and rock it. Which do you think is best given my age and why? Alternatively, maybe I should forget about playing and get into coaching. It would be either football or hoops. To those that have been in my shoes, does coaching scratch that itch that competitive athletes have?
Thanks for listening to my whining.
