How does go ape check in process work, for anyone who has done it before?

After booking, I never received any tickets via email just a confirmation email. So I’m wondering how is it supposed to work do I just go in and say I’ve booked so and so?

We went a couple of weeks ago and when we got there just said ‘booking in the name of TytoCwtch’ and they booked us in and gave us wristbands that were colour coded dependant on which course we were doing. All the adults had to read a safety briefing laminate and then we headed over to get our harnesses fitted. My sister had the booking confirmation on her phone but they didn’t ask for it.
