After two years of built up tension and anticipation, a coworker and I started hooking up. Both parties have some interest in taking it more seriously, but we have obvious concerns (age gap, shared circles within company, being in the same team). So far, I find it both fun and stressful; many of our coworkers are very close and we are trying to keep this hidden. I am interested in hearing about other people's success/horror stories, so I can weigh the pros and cons of dating a coworker and decide if this is worth continuing or not.
