I’m looking at a few pieces plots with Full Planning Permission.

I will be finding with via development finance.

Since I can’t afford to hit the kind of roadblock that makes me go over the 18 month agreement with the lender, I’d like to know the pitfalls of a project like this.

Is it possible for everything to go belly up despite having Full Planning Permissions granted?

I’m not worried about the superstructure as I’ll be using ICF’s to build. I’m most worried about the unforeseen stuff that could render me helpless and on a seemingly unending waiting/praying for a miracle kind of a situation.
