I have been working since I was 16 years old, I am now 26 and I have had different jobs varying from working in a garden centre to currently working as a chef. I’m really looking for a career change as I have lost the love for it. Ideally I want to work mon- fri 9-5 but all of my applications haven’t even been responded to, I can’t get an interview because employers won’t give people the chance anymore without relevant previous experience to suit the job advertised. Does anyone have any advice on this and how I can get a chance to even get an interview or has anyone else suffered a similar situation. TIA
