I have noticed where I live there is an almost elitist small to medium sized business owner mindset from people originating or relocating from London – where they treat customers and staff in a, let's say, unconventional way. I cant quite put my finger on it, but it's almost like a spoilt child mindset, it's as if customers owe them gratitude, and staff should consider themselves lucky that they are trading here. I'm interested to know if other parts of the UK have similar issues.
