We’re currently looking at new builds and out of the plots currently available to us there seems to be a slight disadvantage to each one (one has a tiny garden, one backs onto some flats and is overlooked, and one has no garage). The one with no garage is a large 4 bed with a drive for 3 cars, good plot location BUT it has no garage. Is this a total deal breaker in terms of re-saleability? I know that’s not the most important issue but is it worth it?
