Hello, I have worked part time since January, and have worked very inconsistent shift patterns across this period. Some months I’ve worked 3 days, others I’ve worked 14.
After trawling back through rotas, I have calculated that I have worked a total of 508 hours since the beginning of the period (January). I would be massively appreciative if someone could tell me how I can work out how many days/hours of holiday I am entitled to. It all seems a bit confusing and my employer is seemingly being obstructive to make matters worse.
