Long story short, a 30 staff company in the UK in manufacturing, 1/3 office based and 2/3 workshop based. A long standing company with good reputation and (historically) a good place to work. Lacking in work recently.
There is a cell of staff who feel undervalued, unappreciated and want change, but meeting resistance when discussing individually with the two directors
Has anyone ever written a letter for members of staff to sign and presented it to the bosses? How did it go down and was it successful?
