Long story short my partner is suspected to have slipped discs in his back. He’s not very mobile currently – can’t sit/stand/walk for more than a few mins and has been off sick from work for over a month now.

We booked these flights months ago as part of our anniversary celebration, already paid and postponed it by a month and there has been no improvement in my partner’s back. I have downloaded the serious illness claims form to take to the GP to see if we can get some sort of refund.

ETA: my partner back problem isnt covered by travel insurance because he has seen the GP about this issue in the past, so technically it isnt a new problem, therefore not covered.
