As the title says, I had a telephone appointment scheduled with my doctor for 11:20 this morning. I waited by my phone and at 11:30 I had a text message from them “checking in” with me and as well as a few questions, and I was advised I could reply to the message. Lo and behold, I couldn’t (the message came from their automated service that doesn’t allow replies?!). Tried to call the GP practice and they advised I’d have to book a new appointment to discuss. What on earth is going on, is this normal?
